Residential

  • Community Tax Certificate CTC or Cedula
  • Police Clearance or Barangay Clearance
  • Fire Safety Inspection Certificate
  • Load Schedule with Electrical Plan (sealed and signed by Professional Electrical Engineer
  • Electrical Permit and Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection (CFEI) from the City or Municipal Engineer’s Office
  • Reservation slip of Calibrated Electric Meter from ALCE Power Builders
  • Original and Photocopy of Proof of Ownership or Occupancy (e.g. Transfer Certificate of Title, Notarized Deed of Sale or Lease Contract etc.)

Commercial, Public Building & Streetlight
