The primary purpose of First Bay Power Corporation is to engage in the business of owning, managing, operating and maintaining and constructing electric power generation, transmission and distribution facilities. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Republic of the Philippines issued its Certificate of Incorporation of January 12, 2005 (SEC Registration No. CS2000500357).
